I have heard
many melting love stories from others, which are all happened in the
real life. I am often touched by some details of showing love. I still
remember a story about a forever bronze pocket watch , a loving token between a faithful man and his dead wife.
It
was said that a man had gotten married with his wife for 5 years, who
happened to be his first lover in his life. They loved each other very
much, leading a sweet life all the time. It didn’t stop until his wife
passed away in an accident. He drowned himself in great sorrow and felt
extreme frustrated because he had lost the person he loved most. The
only way in which he missed her was to watch and touch the forever
bronze pocket watch as it was their token of love.
The
pendant of the couple watches were biology symbols, one was the male,
the other was the female. There was a word “forever” engraved upon the
surface, which could be thought of as their sincere commitment to each
other. That was to say, they had made up their mind to live together to
spend the rest of life. Nevertheless, to his surprise, his wife left him
in such an abrupt way, which became the forever scar in the bottom of
his heart. He always took the forever bronze pocket watch with him.
Every time he took it out, he would be called back to those memories
about the beautiful times when they spent happily together. Of course,
he would feel sad to a certain extent.
I can
even imagine the scene that the man is staring into infinity, holding
the forever bronze pocket watch in his hand tightly. How affectionate
the situation is! I think we deserve to cherish our lover more than
before because it is fortunate to be together with our beloved. We
aren’t able to predict whether some accidents would happen on us one day
abruptly. What we can do is to hold the happiness tightly of which we
are in possession at present. Never feel regretful after losing your
lover!
